You never feel as if you’re living in a construction zone. We set up and clean up each day of your remodel, leaving you with a feeling of peace. We want to make your remodel as relaxing and stress-free as possible.

We can set up a temporary kitchen! The kitchen is the heart of the house. If you are having your kitchen remodeled, we can set up a temporary kitchen for your convenience. One example that enables ease of use while we remodel is moving your microwave to a place that is usable and accessible for you. We strive for you to be able to eat at home and minimize the cost and inconvenience of dining out.
We pride ourselves on keeping your home clean and free of dust. If not contained properly, the air conditioning system will circulate dust throughout the home. We seal off vents for the air conditioning system where we are working, preventing dust from going into your vents and creating a mess throughout your home. Comfortable, cool air will circulate through your vents instead of clouds of dust.
We are equipped to provide temporary toilets if needed. Having a way to use your bathroom is one of your greatest needs. One of the things we learned to do while working up north on one-bathroom Philadelphia rowhomes was to build temporary toilets toiles.
While some remodelers rip the toilet out immediately, destroying contentment in the solitary need for hygiene, we would never leave our customers in a state of discomfort.
Most homes have two or more baths, but if you have one bathroom, we will leave your toilet in place until the final day of the remodeling process. We will work with you to minimize any inconvenience so there is no need for concern or apprehension regarding this basic hygiene essential while WDM Construction renovates your piece of paradise. Our job is to make you comfortable in your own home. We take pride in customer satisfaction.
We don’t place large unattractive dumpsters in your driveway. They can cause damage to the driveway and the ability to park your car freely. We use our own demo trailers, which we haul away each day of your home remodel.
Each home WDM Construction renovates looks unaffected by the end of the day, allowing our clients to pull into their driveway with ease. Clients are never inconvenienced by a grubby dumpster that takes up crucial space.
Our goal is to make it possible for our clients to live as comfortably as possible in their home while we are remodeling. We assist, oblige, and help in any way we can so that you aren’t inconvenienced in any way during the process of remodeling your home.
